they meet the following terms and eligibility criteria:

• Apply for a secured Business Term Loan with your application submitted between 4 March and 30 June 2019
• Your business is well-established and is trading profitably
• Your total borrowing with does not exceed $1 million for business needs, including the funds in your application
• You can provide us with first class freehold mortgage security, you have good credit records and have not made
arrangements with the ATO
• All creditor and tax payments are up to date and do not have defaults, court judgements or litigation

HOW TO APPLY

Please call and meet with one of our Commercial Broker’s who will guide you through the application process.
In order to submit your application, your banker or broker will ask you to provide the following required documentation:
• A fully completed business credit application form signed by borrowers, directors and guarantors; and
• Your current business activity statement (BAS), current ATO Integrated Client Account data with evidence of GST payment
and current ATO Notice of Assessment (NOA) if applicable.
