• Applicant / Director / Partner must have reasonable equity in property. Evidence to be provided. Non property owners require 20% deposit
• Must be purchased from franchise supplier otherwise standard Private sale loading and fees apply
• Clear CRAA reports and one good finance reference may be required
• All payments must be by direct debit.
• We reserve right to request additional information if necessary.
If so, you may qualify for a commercial express loan with no financials required. Usually approved in 1 working day, we can help you secure a Chattel Mortgage, Lease or Hire Purchase.
